Whether it's a child in need of education, a young person seeking guidance, or a community striving for better health and livelihood, we are here to walk with them — not just as an organization, but as partners in progress.What started as a small initiative has now grown into a collective force of changemakers, volunteers, and supporters who believe in building a more just, inclusive, and empowered society. But no matter how far we go, we will always remain grounded in the values of compassion, integrity, and impact.We are not here to give charity — we are here to build capacity, to ignite hope, and to amplify voices that are too often unheard.This is more than an NGOor organisation. This is a promise — to keep showing up, to keep serving, and to keep believing that change is possible, one life at a time.

मेरा नाम आकाश पांडे है और मैं युवा जोश फाउंडेशन द्वारा संचालित युवा जोश संगठन में कोषाध्यक्ष (Treasurer) के पद पर कार्यरत हूँ। इस संगठन से जुड़ना मेरे लिए सिर्फ एक ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं, बल्कि एक मिशन है — ऐसा मिशन जो समाज के उन वर्गों तक पहुँचने का है जो अक्सर अनदेखे रह जाते हैं। मैं एक ऐसा व्यक्ति हूँ जिसे वित्तीय पारदर्शिता, ज़िम्मेदारी और सेवा की भावना में गहरा विश्वास है। मेरी शिक्षा और अनुभव ने मुझे यह समझने में मदद की है कि किसी भी सामाजिक संस्था का सबसे बड़ा आधार भरोसा होता है — और इस भरोसे को बनाए रखने में कोषाध्यक्ष की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण होती है। 🏢 संगठन के बारे में: युवा जोश संगठन एक ऐसा मंच है जो समाज के युवाओं, वंचित वर्गों और ज़रूरतमंदों को शिक्षा, आत्मनिर्भरता, स्वास्थ्य और सामाजिक जागरूकता के ज़रिए सशक्त बनाने के लिए कार्य कर रहा है। हमारा उद्देश्य केवल सहायता देना नहीं, बल्कि समर्थ बनाना है — ताकि हर व्यक्ति अपने जीवन में खुद आगे बढ़ सके। 🙌 मेरी भूमिका: मेरी भूमिका यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि संगठन की वित्तीय योजनाएँ पारदर्शी, कुशल और उद्देश्यपूर्ण हों। हम जो भी संसाधन प्राप्त करते हैं — वह दान हो, फंडिंग हो या सहयोग — उसका प्रत्येक पैसा सही जगह और सही मकसद के लिए इस्तेमाल हो, यही मेरी प्राथमिकता है। मुझे गर्व है कि मैं एक ऐसे संगठन से जुड़ा हूँ जो समाज में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाने के लिए समर्पित है। हम एक बेहतर कल की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं — और इस सफर में मैं हर कदम पर पूरी निष्ठा और जिम्मेदारी के साथ योगदान देता रहूँगा।

My name is Akash Pandey, and I serve as the Treasurer in the Yuva Josh organization, which is run by the Yuva Josh Foundation. For me, being a part of this organization is not just a responsibility, but a mission—a mission to reach those sections of society that often go unnoticed. I am a person who has a deep belief in financial transparency, responsibility, and the spirit of service. My education and experience have helped me understand that the greatest foundation of any social institution is trust—and the role of a Treasurer is extremely important in maintaining that trust. 🏢 About the Organization: The Yuva Josh organization is a platform that works to empower the youth, the underprivileged, and the needy sections of society through education, self-reliance, health, and social awareness. Our goal is not just to provide aid, but to enable them—so that every individual can move forward in their own life. 🙌 My Role: My role is to ensure that the organization's financial plans are transparent, efficient, and purposeful. My priority is to ensure that every penny of the resources we receive—be it donations, funding, or support—is used in the right place and for the right purpose. I am proud to be associated with an organization that is dedicated to bringing positive change in society. मैं अनमोल मिश्रा, पिछले लगभग 4 वर्षों से युवा जोश संगठन से जुड़ा हुआ हूँ। यह संगठन युवाओं के लिए एक बहुत अच्छा और प्रेरणादायक मंच है। मैं तहसील अध्यक्ष के रूप में कार्य करते हुए बरहज और भलुअनी ब्लॉकों में युवाओं को संगठित कर समाज में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाने का प्रयास कर रहा हूँ। मेरा उद्देश्य युवाओं को जागरूक करना और समाज सेवा के माध्यम से क्षेत्र के विकास में योगदान देना है।
